BuildMate Calculator is a free, offline construction and renovation calculator designed for homeowners, contractors, and students. The App provides:

  • Room area calculations
  • Flooring and tile quantity estimates with waste allowance
  • Paint quantity estimates
  • Material, labor, and transport cost estimates
  • Local price storage and management
  • Estimate saving and management

3. Estimates and Pricing Disclaimer

Important: All calculations and cost estimates provided by the App are for planning and reference purposes only. They are not professional engineering assessments, quotations, or guarantees of actual costs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Example prices included in the App are starting values only and are not live market prices
  • Actual material quantities and costs vary by city, material quality, site conditions, labor availability, and transport
  • You are responsible for updating prices with your own local supplier quotations
  • The App should not replace professional construction advice, engineering assessments, or contractor quotations
  • Zaifi Group is not liable for any financial loss, material shortages, or project issues arising from reliance on the App's estimates

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of construction estimation
  • Verify all estimates with qualified professionals before making purchasing decisions
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App's source code

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Zaifi Group and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Use the App's branding or assets without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App operates offline and stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • Zaifi Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free)

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
